Privacy policy

Render Labs (Kudali Chandu) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you buy and use Vault Pro, and why.

What we collect

• Purchase details — your email address, phone number and order details, received from Razorpay (our payment provider) so we can deliver your license key and support you. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by the payment provider; we never see or store them.
• License activation — your license key, an anonymous computer identifier (a one-way hash, it cannot identify you), your computer's name, the software version, and the dates of activation and check-ins. This lets one key work on one computer and lets you move it.
• Connection data — your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated activation attempts and is not kept with your license.
• Emails you send us — kept to answer you.

What stays on your computer

Your template and asset library, downloads, settings and your own Pixabay API key are stored only on your computer. Searches in Stock Vault go directly from your computer to Pixabay (or Pexels, if you add a key) and are covered by their own privacy policies.

How we use it

Only to deliver and activate your license, prevent key sharing and fraud, provide support and send important product notices. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

The license server runs on Cloudflare. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Payments are processed by Razorpay. License key emails are sent through Resend.

How long we keep it

Purchase and license records are kept while your license is active and as required for accounting and tax law. You can ask us to delete your data; we will remove what we are not legally required to keep.

Your choices

Write to support@renderlabs.in to see, correct or delete your data, or to remove a computer from your license.
