Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy or use Vault Pro ("the software"), sold by Render Labs, operated by Kudali Chandu, Gurugupadu, Podili, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh 523240, India ("we", "us"). By buying or using the software you agree to them.
1. Your license
- When you pay, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license key to use the software on one computer at a time, for as long as you like.
- You can move the license to another computer by choosing Settings › License › Deactivate on the old one. If the old computer is lost or broken, contact us and we will reset it.
- You may not share, sell, rent or publish your license key, copy or redistribute the software, or try to remove or bypass its license checks.
2. Activation
Activating the software needs an internet connection once. The software then checks in with our license server about once a week when online, and keeps working offline for up to 30 days. Keys that are refunded, shared or abused may be deactivated.
3. Content you use with the software
- The software helps you search and download material from third-party stock services such as Pixabay. That material belongs to its owners and is covered by their licences. You are responsible for using it within those licences and for following the terms of those services.
- Stock footage from Pixabay is provided under the Pixabay Content License. Crediting the creator is appreciated; the software stores the credit line for you.
- We do not host, store or distribute any of this content.
4. Updates and support
Updates are free for the life of the product. Support is by email at support@renderlabs.in.
5. No warranty
The software is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be error-free or work with every future version of Premiere Pro or of third-party services such as Pixabay, which can change without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for it.
7. Not affiliated
Adobe and Premiere Pro are trademarks of Adobe Inc. Render Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Adobe or Pixabay.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh.
